Sixteen riders. Two weekdays in May 2027. That's the whole retreat.
Privately tucked away in the Catskill mountains of Mountain Dale, New York. Small by design. Sign-ups open to the list first.
Roads through the Southern Catskills, fall air, sixteen machines moving together — then back to the property before the fire's lit. The ride gets planned around the cohort that actually shows up: experience, pace, what the day calls for. No forced pace. Nothing to prove. Just a good road, with people who get it.

Some people know exactly what a free afternoon is worth — and they've stopped waiting for permission to take it. THE STABLE is built around that. The ride, the fire, the people who get it. Small, on purpose.
This retreat is called the Founders Wave because it's the first one. There's no long history here yet, no members' hall, no clubhouse — just sixteen riders, two nights, and a property in the Catskills. Everyone who shows up in May isn't just attending something. They're the reason there's a second wave, and a third, and whatever THE STABLE becomes after that.
The long-term idea is bigger than one retreat. Somewhere down the road: a real headquarters — a physical clubhouse, not just an address. Books. Mechanics. Music. The kind of place you'd drive out of your way to sit in, even on a night nothing's happening. That's not something a launch builds. It's something the first people build, before there's anything yet to point to.
If that sounds like a nice idea, this retreat probably isn't for you. If it sounds like something worth being early to — worth helping build, not just attending — the Founders Wave is exactly that.
Fourteen acres of farmland along a quiet stretch of the Southern Catskills — a working property with a pond, gardens, and grounds you won't find from the road. No signage, no crowd.
For these two nights, the entire property is bought out for the cohort — every building, every trail, every inch of it. No other guests. Just the sixteen of you, the grounds, and the ride ahead.
Dome, guest house, loft, cottage, bungalow, or Airstream — first-come, first-served among the cohort.
Every space shown here is the real property — no renderings, no stand-ins.

Wood-fired, on the property, open to the cohort throughout the stay.

On-site, available across the retreat.

Wood-fired and set among the trees, steps from the fire.

Cooking for the group — a benefit of the full cohort booking, not a solo stay.
The first Stable cohort — a weekday retreat built for riders who want more than a garage to keep the machine in. Every rider gets their own private room; upgrade to a fully private accommodation — the whole unit to yourself — for $300.
The next Founders Wave runs on weekdays in May 2027. Exact dates and sign-up details go to the list first, so join the list below.
*In shared-unit accommodations, common areas may be shared with one other rider. Fully private units are available for +$300.
**Group rate available for parties of 6 or more riders — inquire for pricing.

Two nights' lodging, a private room, full run of the property (it's bought out for the cohort — no other guests), on-site sauna, outdoor barrel hot tub, massage, and a private chef cooking for the group.
Yes — the 16-rider cap is 16 bikes, not 16 people. A passenger riding with you is +$400, covering their meals and general property use for the weekday retreat, and you'll share the private room already included in your rate. If you'd rather have the whole unit to yourselves with no other rider sharing common areas, the +$300 fully-private-unit upgrade applies here too.
You don't need to be an expert. You do need to be comfortable riding with a group. We ask about riding experience at sign-up so the pace and route can be planned around who's actually in the cohort.
Outlier Inn has twelve real accommodation options — dome, guest house, loft, cottage, bungalow, Airstream, and more — assigned first-come, first-served among confirmed riders. Every rider gets a private room; a fully private unit is available for +$300.
